Ros has had a
 comprehensive 30 years of midwifery practice, which includes 9 years at Monash Health working as an Midwife Advanced Standing within the Primary Care team.  She is passionate towards women centred care and providing continuity care.


Dr Ravi Kashyap MBBS, FRANZCOG

Obtained MBBS Monash University 1989. Worked at Monash Medical Centre from 1990 to 1994. Obtained training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Royal Women's Hospital from 1995 to 1998. Spent one year in further training at The National Maternity Hospital, Holles St, Dublin in 1999 before returning to Monash as Senior Registrar in 2000.Obtained FRANZCOG in 2001 and since then has worked in private practice in South East suburbs. Ravi has spent 4 years as treasurer and 2 years as chairman of the Victorian Regional committee of RANZCOG. He has been the senior consultant in the Wednesday antenatal clinic for the last 10 years and has been the lead consultant for the ECV (external cephalic version) clinic for the last 5 years. Ravi has remained active in student teaching through mentoring, lecturing and examining 4th year students. He was also on the organising committee of the RANZCOG ASM in Melbourne in 2012.


Dr Michelle Schlipalius
MBBS (Hons) Monash, FRANZCOG

Jade TeamMaternity Team Leader | Medical

Michelle works full time as a consultant obstetrician at Monash Health and is the Obstetric Unit Head at Dandenong Hospital. During her RANZCOG training she gained experience locally at Monash Health and The Mercy and spent her elective training years in Ireland and England. Michelle has a keen interest in our junior medical staff and is a RANZCOG training supervisor. She examines for the RANZCOG post-graduate written and oral exams and also facilitates on the Basic Surgical Skills Course. Michelle is very involved with obstetric emergency training and facilitates with Monash Health PROMPT, the Victorian Maternity Services Emergency Program and the Managing Obstetric Emergency and Trauma course (both in Australia, New Zealand and the UK). Michelle is also an instructor for the Generic Instructor Course managed by the Advanced Life Support Group in the UK. Michelle also has an appointment with Monash University teaching undergraduate medical students.
